Number of Pets Allowed Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
Weight Limits Big dogs are welcome - there are no weight restrictions.
Additional Rent $35/month per pet.
Additional Deposit / Fees $250 deposit per pet.
Breed Restrictions We love all pets, but the following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
