Our Foster City apartments are approximately 20 minutes from San Francisco, near freeways 101, 280 and 92. If you like dogs, you’ll love the adjacent dog park. Stores like Safeway, CVS and Costco, as well as the Leo Ryan Park and Community Center, are all within walking distance. And the scenic lagoon is also a short walk away. There’s even a nearby boat launch for kayaking, windsurfing and paddle boating.

You love your pets. And we love them, too! Your pals Fluffy and Fido are welcome here. Here’s what to know about our pet-friendly apartment homes.

  1. Pets Allowed Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
  2. Number of Pets Allowed Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
  3. Weight Limits Dogs up to 50 pounds are welcome.
  4. Additional Rent $35/month per cat, $50/month per dog.
  5. Additional Deposit / Fees $250 deposit per pet.
  6. Breed Restrictions We love all pets, but the following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
