  1. Pets Allowed Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
  2. Number of Pets Allowed Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
  3. Weight Limits Big dogs are welcome - there are no weight restrictions.
  4. Additional Rent $25/month per cat, $50/month per dog.
  5. Additional Deposit / Fees $250 deposit per pet.
  6. Breed Restrictions We love all pets, but the following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
