- Weight Limits Big dogs are welcome - there are no weight restrictions.
- Additional Rent $25/month per cat, $50/month per dog.
- Additional Deposit / Fees $250 deposit per pet.
- Breed Restrictions We love all pets, but the following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
