Number of Pets Allowed Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
Weight Limits Dogs up to 50 pounds are welcome.
Additional Rent $50 per month per pet.
Additional Deposit / Fees $500 refundable deposit per pet.
Breed Restrictions We love all pets, but the following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
