Nearby walking and biking trails wind through well-maintained landscapes, whisking you to parks like Cherry Creek Reservoir. The Greenwood Village neighborhood is four miles away for fine dining, trendy gathering places and upscale shops. Downtown Denver is a 20-minute drive. Light rail is within walking distance. And the RTD bus stops right in front.

You love your pets. And we love them, too! Your pals Fluffy and Fido are welcome here. Here’s what to know about our pet-friendly apartment homes.

  1. Pets Allowed Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
  2. Number of Pets Allowed Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
  3. Weight Limits Big dogs are welcome.
  4. Unit Restrictions Dogs weighing more than 35 pounds are allowed only on the first floor.
  5. Additional Rent $25 a month per pet.
  6. Additional Deposit / Fees $200 non-refundable fee and $100 deposit per pet.
  7. Breed Restrictions We love all pets, but the following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
