Solar panels: The Stuart is equipped with solar photovoltaic panels. The energy generated from the solar panels is used in our common areas.
Smart irrigation: Satellite irrigation controls are used for landscaping. These devices control the amount of water used on plants based on weather patterns, saving as much as 40 percent.
Energy Star: Most new appliances purchased are Energy Star certified. The energy consumption of these products meets government efficiency standards. BRE Properties is an Energy Star partner, showing our commitment to lower the energy-consumption levels of our buildings.
