Hide detailsLiving at BRE couldn't be simpler. Simply download the application, fill in the necessary information and stop by our office. If you prefer, you can fax your completed application to 858.566.9594.
Deposit: $400-$600 on approved credit
Lease terms: 6-12 months
Application fee: $23.65 per applicant
Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community. We know your pets are part of the family!
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
- Additional rent: $50 per month per pet.
- Additional deposits/fees: $500 refundable deposit per pet.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Dogs are allowed only in certain buildings. Please call 858.566.9500 if you have questions about your apartment's location.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
