Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community. We know your pets are part of the family!
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
- No pet rent! There's no monthly fee when you bring along Fluffy or Fido.
- Additional deposits/fees: $100 refundable deposit and $200 non-refundable fee per pet.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Big dogs are welcome – there are no weight restrictions.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
Belcarra is proud to be an LEED Silver (new construction) certified building. Using environmentally friendly construction practices promoted by national and state organizations, BRE built Belcarra to be a sustainable, clean apartment community. Living within the environmentally friendly community of Belcarra has many benefits:
- Energy-efficient windows increase natural light and minimize heat, creating the potential for lower resident utility bills.
- Kitchen and bathroom faucets in our apartments are equipped with flow-restricting aerators, and bathrooms feature dual-flush toilets, which can reduce water usage/cost.
- Belcarra is a non-smoking building, which improves air quality and promotes healthy living.
- The use of low-volatile organic compound paints during construction limits the release of harmful chemicals into the air.
- The landscaping around the building features plants native to the region that require lesser amounts of water and are not disruptive to the local ecosystem. Were also using an ultra-efficient irrigation system to help conserve water.
- More than 75 percent of the waste created during construction was diverted from landfills simply through separation and proper disposal of all recyclable waste materials.
