Hide detailsLiving at BRE couldn't be simpler. Simply download the application, fill in the necessary information and stop by our office. If you prefer, you can fax your completed application to 303.770.4342.
Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
- Pet rent: $25 a month per pet.
- Additional deposits/fees: $200 non-refundable fee and $100 deposit per pet.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Big dogs are welcome. Dogs weighing more than 35 pounds must be on the first floor.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
