Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community!
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed, upon approval.
- Pet rent:
- Dogs: $35/month for one dog, $25/month for second dog
- Cats: $25/month for one cat, $10/month for second cat
- Additional deposit: $350
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
