Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community. We know your pets are part of the family!
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
- Additional rent: $50 per month per pet.
- Additional deposits/fees: $500 refundable deposit per pet.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Dogs must weigh 50 pounds or less.
- Dogs are allowed only in certain buildings. Please call 858.271.1985 if you have questions about your apartment's location.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
