Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
- Pet rent: $35/month per cat, $50/month per dog.
- Additional deposits: $250 deposit per pet.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Weight limit of 50 pounds.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
