Indoor cats are welcome at our community. Sorry, no dogs.
- Pet limits: Up to two cats allowed per home.
- Pet rent: $35/month per cat.
- Additional deposits: $250 deposit per cat.
Solar panels: Lakeshore Landing is the first BRE apartment community to be equipped with solar photovoltaic panels. The energy generated from the solar panels is used in our leasing office and common areas.
Recycling: Lakeshore Landing has a resident recycling program for household waste. We also recycle larger items like appliances, lighting and carpet. Bring your used batteries and light bulbs to the office, and we will assist you with proper recycling methods.
Smart irrigation: Satellite irrigation controls are used for landscaping. These devices control the amount of water used on plants based on weather patterns, saving as much as 40 percent.
Lighting: Long-lasting bulbs, photocell devices and ModelMinder lighting controls are just a few of the lighting technologies that BRE uses in common areas at Lakeshore Landing to control energy use.
Energy Star: Most new appliances purchased are Energy Star certified. The energy consumption of these products meets government efficiency standards. BRE Properties is an Energy Star partner, showing our commitment to lower the energy-consumption levels of our buildings.
