Hide detailsLiving at BRE couldn't be simpler. Simply download the application, fill in the necessary information and stop by our office. If you prefer, fax the completed application to 425.451.9105.
Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community. We know your pets are part of the family!
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
- No pet rent! There's no monthly fee when you bring along Fluffy or Fido.
- Additional deposits/fees: $100 refundable deposit and $200 non-refundable fee per pet.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Big dogs are welcome – there are no weight restrictions.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
