- Additional deposit/fee: $500 for up to two pets ($200 refundable)
- Additional rent:
- Pets under 30 pounds: $30 a month per pet
- Pets over 30 pounds: $50 a month per pet
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Big dogs are welcome — there are no weight restrictions.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
