- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
- Additional rent: $20 per month per pet.
- Additional deposits/fees: $100 refundable deposit and $200 non-refundable fee per pet.

- Big dogs are welcome – there are no weight restrictions.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.

- Taylor 28 actively seeks to reduce water use. Water-efficient plumbing fixtures--like dual-flush toilets and aerated faucets--decrease building water usage by 31 percent. Rainwater from the roof is used for garden irrigation and to flush toilets in retail areas, conserving 122,000 gallons of water annually.
- Indoor air quality is a top priority. The use of low-volatile organic compound (VOC) paints and coatings, adhesives, sealants, and carpet systems limits the release of harmful chemicals into the air.
- Taylor 28's urban location is convenient to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and entertainment, which promotes walking, public transportation and biking. This benefits the local community with less traffic congestion and supports our commitment to the environment.
- More than 65 percent of construction waste was diverted from landfills simply by properly disposing of recyclable waste.
