Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
- Pet rent: $25 a month per pet.
- Additional deposits/fees: $200 non-refundable fee and $100 deposit per pet.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Big dogs are welcome – there are no weight restrictions.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
