Hide detailsLiving at BRE couldn't be simpler. Simply download the application, fill in the necessary information and stop by our office. If you prefer, you can fax your completed application to 408.249.1083.
Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed, upon approval.
- Additional deposit: $250 per pet.
- Pet rent: $35 a month per cat, $50 a month per dog.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Big dogs are welcome — there are no weight restrictions.
- Dogs are allowed on the first floor only.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
Villa Granada is proud to be an LEED Gold (new construction) certified building. Using environmentally friendly construction practices promoted by national and state organizations, BRE built Villa Granada to be a sustainable, clean apartment community. - The community has solar panels on the roof. In addition, the community purchases "green power" to help support renewable energy.
- Villa Granada employs environmentally friendly housekeeping for all common areas of the community. New residents also receive a "green cleaning" move-in package.
