Hide detailsLiving at BRE couldn't be simpler. Simply download the application, fill in the necessary information and stop by our office. If you prefer, you can fax your completed application to 408.975.9948.
Deposit: $400-$800 on approved credit
Lease terms: 6-12 months
Application fee: $23.65 per applicant
Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed, upon approval.
- Additional deposit: $250 per pet.
- Pet rent: $35 a month per cat, $50 a month per dog.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Big dogs are welcome — there are no weight restrictions.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
