Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
- Pet limits: Up to two pets allowed, upon approval.
- Additional deposit: $250 per pet.
- Pet rent: $35 a month per cat, $50 a month per dog.
- Additional information regarding dogs:
- Dogs up to 60 pounds are welcome.
- The following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Stratfordshire terrier, Stratfordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
