You’ll find a wine bar, coffee shop, restaurants and dry cleaner all across the street. The park-and-ride is five minutes away and transit is just a short walk away. North Creek Park, with wood-plank trails and beautiful wetlands, is just three minutes away. Mill Creek Town Center is just 10 minutes north, too.

Pets Allowed Dogs and indoor cats are welcome at our community.
Number of Pets Allowed Up to two pets allowed per home, upon approval.
Weight Limits Dogs up to 60 pounds are welcome.
Additional Rent $20 per month per pet.
Additional Deposit / Fees $100 refundable deposit and $200 non-refundable fee per pet.
Breed Restrictions We love all pets, but the following breeds or crossbreeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, pit bull (American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier), mastiff, chow chow and Doberman pinscher.
